Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

Google Ads, Social Media, Email Blast, and SEO Services

Payment
Payment for Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Social Media Posting, Email Blasts, and SEO services are due in full before the beginning of each month. A valid credit card must be on file, and payments will be automatically charged to the provided credit card.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once the month has started, even if the client chooses to cancel the services during the ongoing month. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation
Clients may cancel the services at any time, but the cancellation will apply to the next month for which payment has not been made.


Website Hosting Services

Payment
Payment for website hosting services is due yearly and must be paid in full in advance.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued if the client decides to cancel the website hosting services before the full year is completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation
Clients may cancel the services at any time, but the cancellation will apply to the next year for which payment has not been made.


Website Design & Development Services

Payment
A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon the project’s completion.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once work has begun or completed, regardless of the circumstances.

Cancellation Procedure

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@jewelrymedias.com.
  • Cancellation requests for Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Social Media Posting, Email Blasts, and SEO services will be effective from the next billing cycle for which payment has not been received.
  • Cancellation requests for website hosting services will not result in a refund, and the services will continue until the end of the prepaid year.
  • Cancellation of website design services after the project has commenced will not result in a refund of the initial 50% deposit.

By engaging in the services provided by Jewelry Medias, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund/cancellation policy.


Accessibility Compliance Waiver

Jewelry Medias is committed to keeping accessibility in mind while developing and designing websites and web applications (web apps) for its clients. However, we only perform accessibility compliance, such as the World Wide Web Consortium’s Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Levels A and AA, when specifically requested by the client, and this process typically involves an additional fee. It is important to note that even after securing the fee and undergoing the compliance process, achieving complete compliance cannot be guaranteed due to the evolving nature of accessibility standards and individual user needs.

Certain content, such as documentation, graphical renderings, or other media formats maintained by Jewelry Medias for its clients, may be technologically unfeasible, impractical, or create an undue hardship to modify for full compliance.

Jewelry Medias bears no liability or responsibility for any content or structure that does not conform to WCAG 2.1 Levels A or AA standards, or any other applicable accessibility standards. Although we will make reasonable, good faith efforts to address accessibility concerns when requested, there is no guarantee that every issue will be resolved. Clients are advised to hire an attorney specializing in ADA compliance or a professional ADA auditing body to ensure full compliance.

Jewelry Medias cannot control or correct problems with third-party sites its clients’ websites or web apps may link to. You may also want to address your concerns directly to the third parties involved.

While this waiver provides a framework for individuals with disabilities to access web-based information, it cannot anticipate every accessibility need due to limitations in existing technology. There may be other circumstances, independent of technology, that limit the accessibility of any of Jewelry Medias’ clients’ websites or web apps.

Jewelry Medias is not responsible for ensuring that third-party content, software/tools, widgets, add-ins, APIs, and the like, which are not owned by Jewelry Medias but are otherwise located on or linked to our website or our clients’ websites/apps, conform to WCAG 2.1 Levels A or AA standards, or any other applicable accessibility standards. Jewelry Medias bears no responsibility or liability should websites developed by Jewelry Medias be inaccessible to individuals with disabilities despite reasonable efforts. 

Jewelry Medias’ clients hereby release and relinquish Jewelry Medias from any and all third-party claims, liability, or responsibility should their websites fail to conform to applicable accessibility standards. In the unlikely event that Jewelry Medias is deemed liable, under no circumstance shall Jewelry Medias’ liability for any services exceed half of the amount paid for such services by the client.

By engaging Jewelry Medias for website design and development services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Accessibility Compliance Waiver.
